Since 1990, the skilled nurses, therapists, and other dedicated caregivers of Brooking Park have provided a wide spectrum of services to seniors. Our setting is a beautiful campus right across from St. Luke's, and right next door to The Willows, an Independent Living retirement community that, like Brooking Park, is sponsored by St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors.
Our levels of care include
Long-term Skilled Nursing A warm and caring environment, where extremely skilled nurses, therapists, and other caregivers provide genuine warmth and companionship, undivided attention, medication management, personal care, and three nutritious meals a day.
Short-term Rehabilitation/Medicare Skilled care following an illness or surgery, including physical, occupational, and other therapies to improve wellness and independence. Private and companion rooms are available.
The Avalon/Medicare A Located in a secluded separate area of Brooking Park, The Avalon offers Medicare A level care. Focused on rehabilitation and state-licensed, this care is provided through individualized programs by a specialized team of physicians, licensed nurses, therapists, dietitians, recreation specialists, and spiritual advisors. Luxury private and companion suites are available.
Assisted Living A homelike environment in which residents receive assistance with day-to-day needs including medication management, housekeeping, meals, transportation, and nutrition.
Respite Care When family situations change, or caregivers need time away, Brooking Park provides warm and professional care for seniors, for short- or medium-term stays.
Memory Support Secure surroundings and a highly skilled staff provide specialized therapies to enhance the well-being of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related conditions, in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Renewal Inn Accommodations and minimal care for renewal and recuperation for adults, following illness, medical treatments, or surgery.
